Certified as a Great Place to Work

We are certified as a Great Place to Work. This means that we meet high requirements for being a good employer. Within Bosveld there is a culture of trust, inspiration, knowledge and fun. It has been demonstrated that organizations with a Great Place to Work certification perform better.

Great Place to Work Netherlands investigates how much trust, pride and pleasure there is within organizations. This is done by rating the described HR policies and by asking the opinion of employees on five values: credibility, respect, honesty, pride and camaraderie. The companies that achieve the required scores in both areas are immediately entitled to the title “Great Place to Work Certified.

Proud

We are incredibly proud of the certification because it makes tangible what we experience every day within Bosveld. I think our unique company culture and our open culture in particular make us a Great Place to Work. It is great that this is also recognized by an external party. We are most proud of the positive ratings in our employee survey. This shows that employees are proud to work at Bosveld and that new employees quickly feel welcome.

In the survey, an employee says of Bosveld: “A nice club of people who are involved with each other and want to work hard to achieve results.”
