Introduction interview
If there seems to be a match, we will invite you for an initial (telephone) interview. This is mainly to get to know each other better. -
Follow-up interview with practice
In a follow-up interview, you will meet with your supervisor (if any) and get an idea of your daily practice. This is followed by a second conversation about your ambitions. -
Offer
Is the enthusiasm mutual? Then you will receive a concrete offer with clear conditions, growth opportunities and a warm welcome.
