What is a service of judgment/enforcement order?
The judge has determined that you must pay. You may have to do or refrain from doing other things in addition to that. This is called a judgment. Our bailiffs give you this judgment so you know you must pay. In addition, the bailiff tells you (an “order is made”) that you are supposed to do what the judge says.
A restraining order means that you are obligated to pay, without having been to court. These restraining orders are as powerful as a court’s judgment.
If you do not voluntarily do what the court has ordered you to do, Bosveld is allowed by law to make sure you still pay. This can be done, for example, by seizing part of your income or other property. The bailiff does this by means of an attachment. The costs of the injunction and seizure are also at your expense.
