Do you disagree with the outstanding amount or disagree with the claim at all? Please let us know as soon as possible. If you do not contact us, the outstanding amount can quickly increase. Therefore, always contact us as soon as possible.

Objection amicable phase

If a case is pending and the court is not yet involved, and you have good reason to defend yourself, you can send your objection by mail. We will discuss your objection with our client. Then you will receive an answer within 14 days.

Objection judicial phase

Have you been summoned to a court hearing and have good reason to defend yourself? Then you can defend yourself orally or in writing before the stated hearing date in the manner described in the summons.

If you want to avoid the procedure altogether, we advise you to contact us as soon as possible.
