I received a reminder or reminder

You receive a reminder/dunning letter as a reminder of an amount you have not yet paid. This amount should have been paid before a certain date. You may have to pay for a reminder/dunning letter. These costs apply from the day you receive the reminder/dunning letter.

It is best to still pay immediately after receiving a reminder/dunning letter. This way you avoid expensive court proceedings.

You can directly transfer the amount safely and quickly through kouw own bank with IDEAL.
You can also transfer the amount to us through the bank. Our bank account number is Rabobank IBAN no. NL07RABO0162446217 in the name of Bosveld Incasso en Gerechtsdeurwaarders in Amersfoort. Always include your file number in the description. The case number is in all our letters and emails.

After receiving this reminder, can I pay later or make a payment arrangement?

Can’t pay the whole amount at once? Then you can request a payment arrangement. To make a payment arrangement we will ask you for information to assess the request.

Can’t keep your made payment agreement? Then call us as soon as possible on 033 – 47 00 000 to find a solution together. If you do not contact us on time and fail to keep your payment arrangement, it will expire and you will not be able to make a new payment arrangement. When you call us, have your case number ready.
