At Bosveld, we take our social responsibility seriously and naturally. For us, sustainable entrepreneurship starts with attention to people, the environment and society. This means we use our knowledge, time and resources to contribute to a sector and a society in which everyone can grow. Corporate Social Responsibility is not a side issue for us, but a logical part of who we are and how we work.
Our SRCM certification confirms this choice. It is not a formality, but recognition of a course we have followed for a long time: a collections practice in which care, transparency and humanity are central. We have also aligned ourselves with the Framework for Socially Responsible Collections. For us, this framework is not only a standard, but above all a benchmark for our ambition to play a leading role—as a debt collection and bailiff organization—in the necessary transformation of the sector.
In 2025, we further deepened this ambition through the benchmarking trajectory we completed together with social consultancy Purpose. We evaluated our entire organization—from work processes to culture—against the principles of socially responsible collections. The conclusion was clear and guiding: meeting the standard is not enough for Bosveld. That is why we sharpened our ambition: we aim to be the most people-centered and socially responsible credit management organization in the Netherlands.
And above all, we want to make this ambition tangible in our daily practice, our systems and our collaboration with like-minded clients.
To safeguard this ambition, we developed the Bosveld Social Compass, which we introduced in 2025. This Compass consists of nine guiding principles that direct our actions. We believe that socially responsible collections are not a label or a trend, but the standard our clients and customers are entitled to expect from us.
Our social commitment goes beyond this. We support social initiatives, charities and local organizations with our expertise. Within our own operations, we consciously choose sustainable solutions, such as energy-efficient offices and future-proof mobility.
Finally, we are proud that Bosveld has been the only bailiff organization in the Netherlands to be continuously certified as a Great Place to Work for nearly ten years. We believe that a safe, appreciative and inclusive work culture directly translates into the quality of our services. An organization that takes good care of its people automatically takes better care of its clients, customers and society.
